Watch this video that Joel Braun took highlighting some of the problems that happened after an un-handyman completed this bathroom renovation in Marlboro, New Jersey.

Joel points out in the video the areas that are scheduled to be demolished and what new improvements are going to be installed. To save money, on this second renovation, the customer is going to do some of the work himself.

Joel Braun Construction is going to do the tile work, a new niche, header, new tile in the shower, a new shower floor, and a new floor.

And Joel's tip of the day - "always have a licensed plumber do your plumbing - not a handyman".
